TWI aimed to win a high value contract supporting a prominent UK government supported organisation driving the nation’s nuclear programmes, competing against strong rivals in a demanding procurement process. A critical aspect of the tender was the social value component, which required a deep understanding of equality, skills development and supply chain inclusion, along with a credible strategy to deliver meaningful impact.
