Aim
The primary objective of the Wheelshare Social Value Bid Support Project was to develop a comprehensive social value strategy that would enhance Wheelshare's bid for a significant NHS Framework Contract. The aim was to demonstrate Wheelshare's commitment to social value, including environmental sustainability, community engagement, and economic development, in order to secure the contract and create a positive impact on society.
Solution
Our team partnered with Wheelshare to conduct a thorough assessment of their current social value practices and identify areas for improvement. We developed a bespoke social value framework tailored to Wheelshare's operations, which included:
