B Corporations are certified by B Lab to meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. To achieve certification, companies must either score >80 points in the B Impact Assessment (before 31/12/25) or meet the requirements outlined within B Corp’s new Self-Assessment (from 01/01/26).

Our Methodology

Step 1- Baseline Assessment

The process of certification starts with an assessment of your operations, policies and practices. This allows us to gain an understanding of your current performance within the B Corp framework.

Step 2- Gap Analysis

Armed with the results of your initial assessment, we conduct an appraisal to understand the delta between the baseline and a successful submission, in addition to the effort required to achieve certification.

Step 3- Go | No Go

The journey to achieving B Corp certification will be different for every business dependent on the market, country and size of the company. Armed with the gap analysis a formal Go | No Go decision is required.

Step 4- Action Plan

Using the gap analysis a comprehensive project plan is created. This plan serves as the foundation for all change management, implementation and governance.

Step 5- Evidence Gathering

To substantiate the impact your business makes, a 'data room' containing the evidence required is prepared to support claims made in the assessment process and support B Corp due diligence.

Step 6- Verification

We coordinate and lead your responses used to formally certify your company B Corp, following the submission of the final assessment.
