The Certification Process

Companies must meet the B Corp Legal Requirement, making a commitment to consider all stakeholders in the company's decision-making, not just shareholders and achieve a score of at least 80 points on the B Impact Assessment. The assessment is verified by independent analysts at B Lab Global and companies are asked to provide evidence to support and verify answers.

Process
Our Methodology

Our strength in B Corp certification lies with both our expert B Corp consultants and our proven methodology. This collaboration ensures we efficiently, and effectively drive your business towards success through both commercial and environmental initiatives.

Recertification & Reporting

Every three years businesses need to recertify and in the two interim years all B Corps must write an Annual Impact Report on their progress to create positive impact. This impact reporting allows B Corps to be transparent and accountable to their stakeholders about their social and environmental impact, showcase best practices, encourage an open conversation and help build the business case for responsible business.
